down-tempo, chill, trip-hop, electronica, instrumental music does something to the overwhelmed spirit.  instead of loud and ecstatic interruptions, soft sounds soothe and cast away every single little impurity. its the feeling of lying in your warm bed and dreaming, candlelight evenings with raindrops cascading and the delicacy of falling into a deep deep sleep, never ever wanting to wake up.
