aww docta, ideally you dont have to be removed from your experience at all. its more important in my mind that you actually may still feel a moment, remember it and can put it into words. id definitely love to have your reflection as part of the series, please email me.

Idealy how far removed from the experience should one be for this exercise? On any given day it’s rather commonplace to have a song “speak to me” in a rather poignant way, but recently a random track caused an epiphany of self reflection that was personally startling. I’d consider sharing if you were at all interested.
